These terms of sale apply to all goods supplied by KB3 Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under registration number (“the Supplier”).No contract exists between you and the Supplier for the sale of any goods until the Supplier has received and accepted your order and sends you confirmation in writing or by email to the address or email address you have given. Once the Supplier does so, there is a binding legal contract between us.
Description and Price of Goods
The description and price of the goods you order will be as shown in the Supplier’s current website, adverts or brochure at the time you place your order.The goods are subject to availability. If on receipt of your order the goods you have ordered are not available in stock, the Supplier will inform you as soon as possible, and refund you for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods if you decide not to proceed with the order.
Payment
Payment for the goods can be made by any method shown on the Supplier’s website at the time you place your order.
Credit Card orders will only be sent to the registered card holder’s address. If this is not the case you will need to contact us and provide additional documentation to satisfy extra security
If the customer opts for the ‘payment option’ of a stated deposit and the remainder via monthly payments then the ‘Tremorboard’ remains the property of the ‘supplier’ until the final payment has been made.
Equipment Despatch
Despatch will be within 2 - 28 days of order acceptance (subject to availability) although most orders are despatched within 7 days. Delivery is by third party and therefore can not be guaranteed. Please note that we are unable to deliver Tremorboard to either a BFPO Box number or a PO Box number.
There is no charge for Monday-Friday delivery of the Tremorboard throughout mainland UK. Saturday delivery and delivery for destinations outside of the mainland UK are available on request. Contact us for details and price on 01704 823416.
The following postcodes: BT, HS, IV, AB, PH, PA, DD, KW and all offshore postcodes. There may be a delivery surcharge to these postcodes.
Request For Specific Delivery Date Orders
It may be possible to request delivery for a specific date. KB3 Ltd will endeavour to make this happen but it cannot be guaranteed. KB3 Ltd will not entertain any claim whatsoever for compensation arising from late delivery due to a third party carrier.
Warranty
All goods supplied by the Supplier are warranted free from defects for 12 months from the date of supply. The Supplier may repair the Goods or at the Suppliers sole discretion replace the Goods wither either an identical product to the Goods or a product as close to the Goods as the Supplier may be able to supply. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
This warranty does not apply to any defect in the goods arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, accident, negligence by you or any third party, use otherwise than as recommended by the Supplier, failure to follow the Supplier’s instructions, or any alteration or repair carried out without the Supplier’s approval.
If the Goods develop a defect while under warranty, or you have any other complaint about the Goods, you should notify the Supplier in writing at the address or email address. You must provide proof of purchase.
Liability
You expressly acknowledge that the Supplier is not the original manufacturer of the goods, and that the goods have been selected by you as suitable for their purpose. The Supplier warrants to you that the goods will match their specification in both physical appearance and performance. You accordingly agree and acknowledge that all other conditions, warranties or representations whether express or implied or statutory or otherwise in respect of the goods or its fitness for any particular purpose are expressly excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
You acknowledge that neither the Supplier nor its representatives are qualified to advise you on any aspects of physical exercise or personal health. You should consult your Doctor before undertaking in any strenuous exercise.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you are capable of undergoing a routine of exercises using the goods. You accept the risk of injury from performing exercises on the goods and are advised to consult your doctor prior to beginning any fitness program or exercise on the goods supplied.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase you may return it in its original packaging for a full refund less return delivery charge
No returns will be accepted without prior written authorisation from KB3 Ltd
In order to return your goods, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation number(RMA) from us within 28 days of delivery. All returns must be made using the original packaging & must arrive to us in good condition
To obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA), please contact KB3 Ltd on 01704 823416. We will credit your purchase (less return delivery charge) immediately upon receipt of the returned Tremorboard.
Customers should retain the original packaging material for at least 28 days; in the event of the item being returned to KB3 Ltd. Please note KB3 Ltd will not accept goods returned in non-original packaging.
